Lancaster West Estate Play Area

Positioned within the grounds of the Lancaster West Estate, this play area provides many opportunities for children of all ages and abilities to have fun. There is a large climb around that offers challenging, active play through various climbing ropes, traverse walls, slides, bridges and rope swings. For the older children there is a large birds nest swing that is ideal for socialising and keeping active. There are also various springies and activity panels to help develop younger children’s confidence and assist in their learning.

The whole area is surrounded by a wooden fence that is in keeping with it’s surroundings to help ensure the safety of the children using the equipment. The whole play area is covered in artificial grass to keep maintenance to a minimum and to protect children if any falls do happen.
