In 2020 we relocated all production from Hampshire to a new purpose built timber workshop at Broxap’s main factory in Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The move cemented our place as part of the growing Broxap group of companies and brought operations across the businesses all under one roof.
The workshop has access to state-of-the-art five axis CNC machining, enabling us to build with precision and overcome the most complex technical challenges.
Our team of machinists and CNC operators work alongside our carpenters, woodworkers and joiners to ensure all of our products are manufactured to the highest standards.
We’ve taken on new apprentice woodworkers too, developing essential skills among a fresh generation of school leavers, and we are recruiting experienced craftspeople as well.

Using laminated timber we achieve a strong, safe and long-lasting product by reducing the issues of splits, cracks and warping.
And because we manufacture to order we always cut, drill & sand timber sections before pressure treatment to increase durability.
Personal attention is paid to every order to maintain quality, consistency and customer satisfaction.
